Designed as a contemporary development in conjunction with the developer, there are 1, 2 and 3 bedroom dwellings designed to meet the need for affordable, modern living spaces within the city. The aesthetic was raw and contemporary to fit in with the industrial nature of the site location of Gastown, Vancouver, an up and coming area of the city.
